A: The standard check-in time for the hotel is after 3:00 PM, and the standard check-out time is before 11:00 AM

Q: Can I store my luggage if I arrive at the hotel early or after checking out?
A: If you arrive at the hotel early, please proceed to the Smart Teller Machine to check-in. The machine will generate a Pre-Check-in QR code barcode, which you can use to deposit your luggage in the robotic arm area. If you need to store your luggage after checking out, please complete the check-out process at the machine, which will also generate a QR code barcode for you to use in the robotic arm area to store your luggage.

Q: Is there a time limit for luggage storage?
A: Yes, there is a time limit. The QR-Code barcode is valid for luggage storage until 12:00 AM on the same day. If you exceed 12:00 AM and cannot retrieve your luggage using the barcode, please contact the staff for assistance.

Q: Can the hotel handle mail and packages on behalf of guests?
A: We can assist with the collection of mail or packages. If you have such a request, please contact the hotel's service center directly.

Q: Can I specify the floor level or direction of the external-facing window for the room?
A: Room assignments are automatically allocated by the room control system. We regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate requests for specific room locations, floor levels, or directions of external-facing windows, causing inconvenience. We kindly ask for your understanding. For special requests, please contact the reservation hotline (e.g., disability access, mobility issues, elderly accommodations, etc.).

Q: Is it possible to add an extra person to the room?
A: Adding an extra person may affect the quality of sleep. We recommend that guests adhere to the maximum occupancy for their room type, and there is no additional charge for simply adding a person.
Only Japanese-style suites offer the option to add an extra bed; other room types do not allow extra beds (please refer to the room descriptions for details).

For breakfast:
Guests taller than 120 cm will be charged 300 NT dollars.
Guests between 90-120 cm will be charged 230 NT dollars.
Guests below 90 cm can enjoy breakfast for free.
An additional fee of 200 NT dollars per person will be charged for extra amenities.

A: The hotel offers related items for borrowing, such as baby cribs, baby bath tubs, bottle sterilizers, etc. Due to limited availability, please make a note of your needs when making a reservation or inform the service center by phone if you require these amenities.

Q: Do the rooms have a safe?
A: Safes are available in all hotel rooms.

Q: Does the hotel provide laundry services?
A: If guests require self-service laundry, please contact the service center. The service center will provide a laundry card for guests to use the self-service laundry area on the 1st floor of Liguan Residences.

Q: How is self-service laundry charged?
A: Standard laundry fee: 60 NT dollars per cycle for a total of 30 minutes; standard drying fee: 10 NT dollars per cycle for a total of 6 minutes.

A: The hotel has two restaurants:
1. The B Square Italian restaurant is located on the 1st floor of the Kloud Hotel. The restaurant's decor exudes a European industrial ambiance, with a soaring eight-meter-high ceiling. Outside, there are 300-plus square meters of lush greenery and a mirrored pool visible through 180-degree floor-to-ceiling windows, creating a relaxed and elegant atmosphere.

Q: How is the cancellation fee calculated?
A: Cancellation policies are handled in accordance with the standard contract terms specified by the Taiwan Tourism Bureau for the lodging industry:
Guests who cancel their reservation 3 days prior to the check-in date (including the check-in date) will not incur any charges, and their prepaid amount will be fully refunded.
For cancellations made 1 to 2 days before the check-in date, a 50% charge of the room rate will be deducted from the prepaid amount.
Cancellations on the check-in date will result in a 100% charge of the prepaid amount.
If, on the registered check-in date, circumstances beyond the control of the hotel, such as earthquakes causing transportation disruptions or a land-based typhoon warning issued by the Central Weather Bureau in the hotel's location, occur, please contact the hotel within three days (including the check-in day). We will promptly confirm changes to your accommodation dates or cancel your reservation. (In the event of a typhoon, following the issuance of a land-based typhoon warning, the deposit can be retained for three months, or if circumstances beyond the control of both parties result in the hotel's inability to fulfill the reservation contract, the hotel shall refund the entire deposit without interest to the guest.)

Q: What is the refund method after canceling an order?
A: Refunds will be processed according to the original payment method used by the guest, with a processing time of approximately 7 to 14 business days.

Q: Do I need to make an advance payment when booking a room?
A: After completing the room reservation, a 30% deposit of the total room rent is required.

Q: Can all credit cards be used for payment?
A: The hotel currently does not accept cards such as American Express or Diners Club. However, other credit cards are accepted, and we also support mobile payments like Apple Pay and Samsung Pay.

Transportation Information

Q: Airport to Kloud Hotel
1.From Taichung Ching Chuan Kang Airport, take a taxi, which takes approximately 40 minutes, with a fare of around NT$450 to NT$550.

Q: Train Travel
1.Alight at Taichung Railway Station, go to Exit 7, and take a taxi, which takes approximately 30 minutes, with a fare of around NT$250 to NT$350.
2.At Taichung Station, transfer to city buses 5, 25, 33, or 35 and disembark at the Hanxiang Company Station. It's about a 5-minute walk from there to the hotel.

Q:Taking a Long-Distance
Take a long-distance bus to Taichung Chao Ma Station, then transfer to a taxi, which takes approximately 15 minutes, with a fare of around NT$120 to NT$185. Alternatively, from Chao Ma Station, you can rent a YouBike and ride to Autumn Red Valley in about 13 minutes. The nearest YouBike 2.0 bicycle parking station to B Square is located at "West An Street, Lane 277, Alley 6 (North Side)."
