Located on the 15th floor of the Kloud Hotel in the Fengchia shopping district of Taichung,
LCM is a restaurant that offers a unique experience.
The ingenious décor and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Central Park offer a beautiful day and night view.
Not only is it easy to get to, but there are also nearly 200 parking
spaces available for customers in the hard-to-find Fengchia shopping district.

 

In order to minimize the carbon footprint and freshness of the ingredients,
local ingredients are used as much as possible.
However, some of the ingredients are sourced from abroad to emphasize the French culinary culture.
We purchase high quality, premium ingredients, which translates into higher costs, which are reflected in our prices.
We believe that there is a group of customers who share the same philosophy of life and health who will support us;
We also hope that this group will grow and lead the community to a healthy diet.

LCM Restaurant 's kitchen is staffed by chefs who graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in France.
All of them share the same interests, i.e. to study cooking, to improve and to develop the dishes.
We use local fresh and excellent ingredients, cook with care,
maintain the natural nutrition of the food, and present it to our customers in a beautiful way.
The satisfaction and health of our customers is our greatest goal.

We love human contact, and we strive to serve and treat every customer well,
hoping to leave customers with wonderful memories of their meal.

LCM Restaurant's Kitchen has a number of chefs graduated from Le Cordon Bleu, as well as a chef from a star restaurant, Mr. Hong Zhengyu, all of them share the same interests, i.e., to study the culinary arts, to constantly improve and develop the dishes, to use local fresh and excellent ingredients, to cook with care, to maintain the natural nutrition of the food, and to present it to the customers in an elegant manner, the satisfaction of the customers and the health of the customers is our biggest goal.
